Easy Going Big Fantastic Airport
I flew into San Francisco International for a holiday trip and I have to say that the airport was very good, and not very busy at all. I would recommend it.

Fantastic Upgrades and Wonderful Transit
Getting in and out of SFO is a breeze, especially if you are headed to Union Square in the heart of downtown San Francisco. For only $6, you can get from the airport to the City with ease! The place itself is incredibly clean and well organized. The food in the International Terminal was overpriced, but tasty. Flights left on time and there was a fantastic view on the way out. What a great City and a WORLD CLASS airport!

If you're transiting through SFO for a few hours and don't mind going through Security again, I recommend you use the BART train and at least go to downtown Burlingame just to get out and walk, it's nice and quiet downtown. It's pretty easy to get to downtown SF. I recommend that you avoid transferring at the Millbrae to Caltrain, because unlike BART it often disobeys the schedule, and sometimes misses a stop. Ahh, American trains...

Food in the International Terminal departure area (outside security) is overpriced and tastes bad. Fung Lum is the worst disappointment.

Easy access with the BART (45min from Downtown), the international terminal is a gem of the architecture and easy to get around.
