Delay City
Facilities are pretty good; but from June - October, forget trying to make a connection without a 4 hour wait because of thunderstorm delays. If you're not in and out before noon, forget it.

Luggage Carts
PHL charges for luggage carts. $3 in cash or credit card to get one.
The new international terminal is very clean and but be prepared for a walk to any gate.
The TSA and Customs officers are almost as rude as the ones at JFK.
