This is a very modern airport with a competitive vision for the future. The transformation from old to new is thanks to the civil aviation LFV who wants to make this airport a hub for air travel, conferences, shopping, cargo, hotels and above all a passenger friendly airport. This airport put the passenger in the centre so he/she should have the best of experience. You can get married and order VIP service at the airport. A lot of new shops and restaurants will soon open in the airport. A threat to the expansion of this airport is the economic recession taking place right now. Arlanda's new terminal F is a wonder of glass and it should be exposed even more. A very spacious terminal representing the modern Arlanda.

Arlanda Airport
I flew through and to the Arlanda airport twice in 08 from the US. It's a very modern and easy airport to use to get you where you want to go in Sweden. The Arlanda express connects (express train) you directly from the airport to the city center in Stockholm, making it really easy to get into town. There is not much else to say except when you are trying to leave for the weekend it's like any other place - it gets really busy.
