Great!!
One of the best small airports I’ve ever been! Final approach and take-off over the cliffs are simply nice. At the restaurant you´ll forget you are at an airport (that´s the better thing). Buses to Oviedo are bit expensive… but anyway a great airport!
How Airports Should Be.
What a pleasure to visit! Clean, calm and civilised. Brilliant to drive to and from. Easy to find your way in and out of. This airport is like a breath of fresh air for anyone used to the dreadful experience of Heathrow or Gatwick! Excellent Cafe/ Bar selling reasonably priced freshly made sandwiches. The photograph was taken mid morning Easter Saturday! Not exactly uncomfortable is it?
It’s a very small airport but having said that it is very quiet, efficient and clean. You can go through security quickly etc. There are NO shops AFTER security. They are ALL before security and there is NO tax free. There are 2 shops and 1 cafe but it is a great airport! Overall 5 star from me!
