Good Services!
I have visited Bole International air port a number of times since the new air port opened. The airport is very clean, modern. The customer services are fair. The welcoming approach from the air port personals is amazing. Although, at the immigration waiting time for getting visa is the worst scenario I've ever seen. The immigration needed some improvement there. People are flying perhaps 10-15 hours in air so they need an expedited services so they can get rested quickly.

ATMS Banks
There is now a working ATM on arrival in Immigration area next to banks. It is confusing. Screen says only for CBE cards. BUT there are visa stickers on it. Last time i arrived in December it worked on a UK Visa card. but only gave me 2000br. There is a second ATM in public area but as yet it is not working. Bank in departures continues often to be unmanned. I you finish up with too much Birr, change it back at the Hilton banks before you go to airport.

General Quality Of Service
Bole is improving all the time. I am happy about that. What seems to be the constant weakness is the toilets. Some of the faucets are not working at any given time. The staff are really friendly.

Nice Work But
Bole International Airport is working so hard. But still there is a problem at the Information Desk. The problems are:
* No-one is there to answer phone calls
* No-one is willing to help the customer
* And there is a language problem with the securities

Efficient Service
In my opinion, all employees working in airlines are unique because they all serve their customers with out any delay. and and in efficient manner. So I would like to say keep it up. But rarely they give first to foreigners while most of disabled and long waiting Ethiopians are there and this should be corrected.
