Perm Airport New Look
I wanted to give a quick update since the entries are old. As of 2009, they have upgraded the baggage area, and even have a restaurant (affordable on site). There is also a beautiful Russian girl selling mobile phones and services as you come from baggage claim. Restrooms are clean, and maybe even fancy. Overall, I am pleased with it. Yes, it is a small airport. Most Russians travel by train.

Actually older and less modern than expected. Quite small, provincial terminal for such a big, bustling and seemingly rich city.
Small, But Nice
The airport is small. Not necessarily what I expected for a city of over a million people. On the other hand, it is clean and the employees were exceptionally friendly. We had a good experience with this airport.
