Very Bad Service
I recently flew from Pune to Hyderabad on 14th Nov but I am extremely disappointed with the service and staff at Pune Airport. The check-in baggage x-ray took us 20 mins to cross, then at the security check there was a huge line for the ladies, which took me another 20 mins to cross.
The toilets also are in pathetic shape --- most of the taps do not have water and there are even no latches on the cubicles inside. I hope top management will look into this problem because it is demeaning the name of a wonderful city like Pune and I'am being a Puneite feel strongly about this.

The airport has seemed to go through certain changes after the renovation, however the airport staff seems to have a lot of attitude problems, especially the check-in staff are not all that helpful as per the international standards they need to understand to go by the books but not to harass the passengers.
