Going Better
For the Euro 2012 the airport raised completely new building. It is a much better and bigger place than the previous one which was awful. At the new airport there are proper information desk, information displays, customs and also it got several nice cafés. However, there's still a problem getting to the airport using anything but taxi's. No shuttles, and public transportation is not quite reliable, not to say that it is quite far away from the airport.

Review
This is small and spartan airport. Customs folks where generally helpful but not very friendly. There is no information as to boarding times and what bus you should take to get to your plane. Not a place for the first time traveler.
