Roi-et
PB Air no longer service Roi-Et daily - suggest that you refer to their website. As to the restaurant, I have never yet known it to be open during the last 7 years. It is worth mentioning that the airport is about 15 km from Roi-Et city and there is no public transport. As with most airports now, the building is 'no smoking'. Comments correct as of 23 April 2008.

My Opinion Of Roi Et Airport
Roi et airport is not Bangkok but is an average size field. PB air lines flies into this airport once a day. The upstairs restaurant is a good one but the variety food availability is limited. The ticket attendants are charming and usually very helpful with any details of your flight. There isn't much English spoken, although there is a TV to pass your time in the lounge. English language channels are broadcast as well as Thai channels.
