Aizawl Airport
Aizawl airport was located at north of Aizawl and at a distance of 28 km from the city. Nowadays there are 4 flights connecting the city to the rest of India by Guwahati and Kolkata.
Taxies are available from the airport to city at Rs.500 fare and just one hour ride. Don't forget to get your ILP [Inner Line Permit] from the airport.

Aizawl Airport
Located at high altitude, daily 3 flights running from kolkata and guwahati. From guwahati daily atr flight operated by indian, and from kolkata 1 atr by deccan and one a320 flight indian via imphal/dimapur. Airport is located about 25km away from main city. Very few taxis are available only at schedule time.
