Traffic
If you are renting a car from the airport car rental office make sure you add another hour to your experience of arriving and leaving. There is a new rental office and it's location is in the middle of some very heavy traffic. During my last trip it took over an hour to go from the car rental office to my departure gate.
If you are flying southwest or using terminal 4 add another half hour to your experience.
