Slow Security Checking
On Saturday, 23 February I arrived in the airport terminal at 1205pm to fly to Belfast at 1305pm. As I only carried Hand Baggage and had checked in on-line I knew I could go straight through to the Departure Gate and I had a full half hour to get there. I had not expected to be standing in a queue to get through Security for a full FORTY MINUTES - this was entirely unacceptable and completely avoidable. Those in authority must take note, and correct.
