It's Not Great.
It happened that I flew into Bangkok via the "New Airport" and had to connect at the "Old Airport" or Don Muang. The "Old Airport" (as you will hear it called) is a fitting name. My driver knew where we were going and still we had to stop and ask around once we got there. Apparently not all terminals are open, and the signage is out-dated. The airport has a certain "dead" feeling to it that makes you realize that the only reason it is still in use is to carry overflow from the new airport. There is nothing really bad about it... The fact that it's so empty is actually pretty nice.
