I visited the airport a number of times during July 2007. It is about 800m long and well paved. The taxi area is quite large. They have fire trucks, and many other support vehicles. The first visit, around the 14th, there was a large hole in the middle of the runway. Our next visit, a week later, the runway was repaired. During our final visit, around the 26th, there was a UN C130 and numerous other UN planes came in while we were waiting for our UN flight. To say the least, there seemed to be a lot of traffic that day. Landing fees are through the roof. Crazy expensive if coming from outside the country.
