Airport
I think that since they are burdened with only one major airport the Sri lankan government can improve some of the antediluvian facilities presently available.

New Airport Look
I think the new airport look with aero bridges is very much better than those in India. Understandably, the security measures are very tight.

Colombo Airport
I used Colombo Airport in November 2008. Compared to Indian airports, Colombo Airport is paradise. It has a very open and bright feeling to it.

Good
I've been through Colombo International a few times within the past few years, both for business and with my family. I think it's nice little airport although it does not have all the modern facilities, but is certainly trying hard to achieve those goals.
