Staff In Departing Areas
We get tired in our trips thus it would help to find staff trying to be respectful and friendly. A smile would not hurt.

World's Best Airport
Okay, I haven't been to all the airports in the world but I've been to over 50 in the last year or so including a number of other large hubs. Changi is incomparable. Designers of new airports around the world should have compulsory Changi studies to see how an airport needs to be designed to work best for passengers.

Fun And Flight Bundled In One Excellent Airport!
Changi airport is a showcase of Singapore's efficiency and continuous drive to re-invent itself. It's clean, safe, very efficient and offers a lot to its passengers and visitors. It's always a joy to land in this airport, and i am still awed on how they manage this place! It offers a WIFI, HD TVs while waiting for your flight, a wide array of shops, restaurants, payphones which does not need coins to call locally, drinking fountains, many clean toilets, lounges, sitting areas, a train that connects the 3 terminals, taxis, I can go on mentioning what's so good about this airport! One comment though, the immigration officers should smile more often, they can be quite intimidating. Changi deserves the top airport award every year.

Changi
Visited recently the Changi Airport after going through Hong Kong and then Beijing Capitol Airport. But SINGAPORE CHANGI AIRPORT is ULTIMATE in itself. It was my 1st trip to Changi and I regret that I delayed so much in visiting Changi and Singapore as well. Amazing. Best of Luck.
