Barnaul Airport - Efficient
Arrival - quick and efficient - baggage available within 10 minutes of landing - make sure you have your barcoded luggage slip (usually stuck to your ticket at Moscow). Departure - good security procedures - staff very helpful. Baggage check-in quick and efficient. Overall - a very good travel experience for me.
