Pros: The airport is small and it takes 10-15min to check in and board a flight. The system is pretty much like buying a bus ticket and boarding. Virgin atlantic, Lufthansa and Air france fly in and out of here.
Cons: Very expensive to take an international flight from here. Save money by flying to Lagos and then take an international flightNot much to do at the airport.
I heard a year back, a cow was on the runway. A jet airliner hit it and there was meat all over the runway. Then in August 2006, a fire broke out. They finally closed the whole airport for renovation.
