Photo taken in February, 2007. The facilities are beautifully kept. In 2007, the Beira Airport (together with Quelimane and Tete aiports) will undergo major rehabilitation works (runway and apron pavement, new navaids, new fire vehicles) funded by the Danish Development Agency, DANIDA.

The images date from the 60's, when the airport was built... however, the only changes to the buildings are because of the degradation due to lack of maintenance.
