Bario Airport
I give Bario airport a rating of 4 because of the friendly reception you receive when you arrive there. You can only fly into Bario on a small plane carrying 18 passengers - a once in a life time experience. The runway is not much longer or better than it was in 1964 - the first time I visited Bario. If you plan to visit Bario, do so soon as it is part of a fast disappearing world, I was there this year 2008.
