VERY BAD experience. Horrible treatments at the airport also on the plane. Not hospitable at all.
Staff need training in hospitality.

New Airport
They are building a completely new airport there. It should be a quality one. Even though the current airport is OK but it does need some work. Procedure wise it's fast but then again I think the new airport will be an amazing one. The current airport doesn't reflect what the city have at all especially that its only 40 minutes away from the center. I had a visit few months ago, and I enjoyed it. People are great there.

I recently visited Amman's Queen Alia International Airport and somewhat disappointed. Altogether, it was a good experience but they should work on few things. Sanitary section needs to be improved. Again, if you have a smoking area (which is very small in AMM), you should have all the suction machines work properly (which was not the case when I visited over there). AMM is one of the biggest transit points and people expect these kind of amenities at the airport.
