International Arrivals
Thanks for publishing my previous comment re the need to form one single line to feed the various processing counters. I arrived at CTS yesterday and found they had done just that!
However this line snaked so long that it backed up all the way to the arriving aircraft!
It is time for the airport to expand the whole international section to cope with the heavy traffic.

International Arrival And Departure
Arrival: the immigration area is painfully small and with long waiting lines formed for each processing counter. This can be very frustrating and unfair as some lines are processed very slowly and some very fast. Most modern facilities would feed the various counters from 1 (snaking) single waiting line.

Departure: there is only one security check counter with x-ray machine. The waiting line can be a mile long! You have to pray that no other aircraft is departing at the same time as yours.

Very tedious way to get to Car Rental counters from International Arrivals unless one has no luggage cart!

Domestic airport facilities - top class!
Rest of the Airport - top class!
Love the shops.
