Kolhapur Airport
Being my place, I will always rank this at the most I can. But I have worked there on this airport with an airline and recently I have travelled to Kolhapur. It's really cool. You will be saving your important approx 10 hours (by road from Mumbai).The good part is now they have started the fuel point here at Kolhapur APT. So no need to carry the excess fuel from Bombay for return journey for any aircraft. I have heard that the carrier is planning to start the service to Tirupati as well.

Airport Should Advertise In Allover Kolhapur District
The Airport should advertise in Allover Kolhapur District so that people from Kolhapur can use it more and more. Thus this airport will be famous in the district as well as in the country. People would be interested to see this place because of its history and the Mahalaxmi Temple linked with lord Tirupati Balaji.
