Pretty Lousy Experience
I flew CAI > FRA > ORD. While the German airline I used was AMAZING. I was much delayed because I had to walk about 1 mile to my gate...at 30 weeks pregnant! If I had known it was that far I would have demanded assistance. When I finally got to the gate I was asked to show my doctor's note to fly, which I did. They allowed me to pass then pulled me out of line while they called several people by phone to check about allowing me to fly. Over priced items in the shops (unless it was booze.. c'mon it IS Germany after all) Hard to find any assistance.

Baby Food
The security at the airport thought 4 yogurts for my 20-month old daughter is too much and they threw away 3 of them and left us with 1 yogurt for another 9 hours of travel. I don't think they have a right to do this. There is no rule that says "leave the babies hungry". They enjoyed my concern about leaving my child hungry and she got sick since she does eat anything without yogurt. I will even go the court for this, they have to pay this back. They are not HUMANS.

Not Very Efficient Airport
Comparing with the airports in Canada, Frankfurt airport is very poorly designed and old fashion airport. It is very complex, untidy and dirty airport. The staff is rude and need to be educated how to treat passengers. I will avoid using this airport in the future.

I Will Never Go Back To FRA
I didn't like the way the airport personnel treated us the passengers, it was like being in a dictatorship. I will never again use Frankfurt airport.

Craxy Airport
A terrible experience connecting flight at FRA. I came from CPH to FRA to US, and asked an airport personnel. They told me to go to the wrong gate, then I have to run to the other end of the airport to get to the right gate. Before that, we were asked to pass through a security check which took forever, thus the reason of almost missing my plane. I heard several similar complains from fellow passengers. If you have this website, maybe you should read the passenger's input, and improve your service. Germans can do better than that, don't you think?
