Hurghada Airport
Went through Hurghada in January / February 2007. What a difference a year makes. Last year we were herded through a hole in the wall and competed with the Germans for space in the passport control queues. Great fun. This year, XL Airways did us proud and landed 15 minutes early. Ushered through the spanking new arrival hall, got the obligatory stamps from the rep in the passport, said Masa Ahrir to the unsmiling passport guy, through the next passport check - nice guy and it wasn't his birthday - wonderful help from a fluent English speaker, through to the usual throng of card waving guys, arrival voucher presented, onto bus and in El Gouna within the hour. Forget Hurghada - El Gouna is a cut above and where the billionaires go. Enjoy!

Much Improved !
We were gladly surprised about the improvement at the airport!!
No check-in stress and toilets were really clean.

It's an Airport. .
.. where you arrive, do what you have to do and leave. It's functional, busy and clean. No need for a big analysis..

Improving, Dont Worry
The Hurghada airport has improved a lot lately, as Ms Barbara Nachbagauer has said that it got nicer and is improving. The whole airport is also, yet there are some difficulties; however, they are being solved at the moment due to construction areas and Egyptian laws

It's Just Awesome!!
Hurghada is one of the best Cities in the World. It's Water is really very very beautiful. I go there twice a year. People are so nice there and welcome all the tourists; you can feel as if you were among your family members. The prices are nice too and not expensive.. I recommend it to all the people who want to enjoy a lovely summer or winter..
