Rarotonga Airport
When an international flight arrives or departs, this airport is crowded and hot. Not much public address, so it can be relatively quiet - if a long stopover is involved. Safe and clean. Seating areas are covered but open.

Lockers are available. Concessions for soft drinks, beer, snacks, etc. are open regularly and when international flights are scheduled.
