Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport
Lan zhou Zhongchuan Aiport is situated 85km from the city centre of Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province. It is one of the major airport in the northwest of China at the fringe of the Tibetan Plateu. Most of the continental flights from Europe to Hong Kong have to fly over this airport due to Lanzhou's unique geographical location. Such airport is built upon purely yellow-soiled land, which seemed to be magnificent. But after modernisation the terminal looks nice and trendy, probably the only observant mark on the extensive barren land.
