1st Class Lounge And Boarding
1st class (and business class) lounge should serve beer and wine as is customary elsewhere in the world and China. Separate boarding should be provided at the gates. The new Baiyun airport is impressive in size and design but (of course) Beijing has outdone all of China with the new terminal!

No Baggage Trolley
I was at the airport at 9.45pm and all the baggage trolleys were locked outside the main entrance. Attendants unable to help.
Duty free was also not opened.

A very good and new airport. Unfortunately, most walls are empty which makes the airport look boring.
