Limited Amenities, Beautiful Scenery
This airport serves a remote community of about 120. It's merely a place to wait for the plane if the weather is bad. Like most runways in Nunavut, Canada it's made of gravel. There is only one airline, Kenn Borek, currently serving this community and it travels there from Resolute on Thursdays and Saturdays. It has a washroom and a small sitting area. Local schoolchildren have painted a mural depicting local life.
