Air Botswana
The flight was OK, and the flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I only had issues with the food. No guys, that food is not right. the bread was tough and hard to chew. The Biltong is OK, though.

Disappointed
I had a wonderful flight from Harare to Gaborone on 25/07/09 but I was very disappointed that we were not introduced to the pilot and co-pilot. I did manage to share a smile with the pilot as he passed by but it would have been nice to be introduced. Overall, the flight was fantastic. What an amazing experience. Thanks a lot.

Air Botswana
Although Air Botswana has improved over the last few years there is still a lot to be done. The new planes are nice and spacious compared to the old ones. The staff is nice and friendly and the renovations seem to be coming along well. But i think that there should be a variety of shops, compared to the one that are there. This would help make the journey a comfortable one for the people especially if we aim to attract tourists around 2010 world cup. The flights also haven't been delayed for a long time so that's an improvement. I think that people travelling should be offered more food as the other airlines do. But the billtong should stay because beef is part of Botswana and it should be celebrated. Remember that this is just constructive criticism.
